Cheryl- All I can say is WOW! The ‘Safe Sitting: Reducing Risks While Caring for Anxious or Aggressive Dogs’ class was absolutely fantastic. The instructor clearly knew what she was talking about and had a great way of conveying her information. I learned so much from this class and I have been a dog owner my whole life. I look forward to putting her lessons into action if I ever need them. As a professional pet sitter, I work with all kinds of dog temperaments – after taking this class I am so much more prepared and able to avoid problems before they start. Thanks again! Chris, this course even in the first few lessons has prepared me for working better with clients. The ethics, the rhetoric and elements, critical thinking (which I have from 35 years of nursing), logic, all the elements you have taught so far have made me a better person and growing behavior consultant. I went to my clients today (an aggressive case) and was better prepared because of your lessons. I know my limitations, yet I was able to help them, take a history (which is in the later lessons), make a plan, an after visit report and plan to visit them next week. Your lesson on snowball helped immensely, your lessons on all the above helped me succeed today. I am grateful, and more proficient in my practice by taking this course. Thank you both for teaching me. I will strive to be the best I can, acknowledge my limitations, continue to educate myself, reach out to more learned experts and (hopefully pass this course).
