Michele Amendola is co-founder and Vice-President/Executive Director of DogsHome rescue. After having been in the for-profit world for the first half of her career, Michele began her second career in animal welfare working in a local shelter where she held the position of Kennel Manager and later, Lifesaving Manager. Most of her time was spent working with dogs that had behavior issues, since they were the ones always at risk for euthanasia, which is truly what inspired her to become a certified trainer.
