Course Info:

This course, Health, Development, and Life Stages of Dogs – Impact on Behavior and Training is didactic in nature. It focuses on understanding the intricate balance between medical and behavioral etiologies for problem behavior and is designed to help dog owners, trainers and veterinarians determine when there is a need for medical intervention. There will also be an emphasis placed on developmental stages and behavior problem prevention. Case examples and videos will be used to give the student a better understanding of the concepts covered.

9 Lessons with 8 quizzes and a Final Exam to test your knowledge of the material and become better prepared to pass the CBCC-KA exam with the CCPDT.

Student Testimonial:

The system of recorded lectures helped me to understand the concepts better than live classes.
English is not my first language, and I was worried if I could follow the lectures and complete the course especially when it comes to unfamiliar medical terms. But with the recorded lectures, I could go over and over the same slide or topic, or stop and check the dictionary along the lecture. The lecture included many videos such as different types of ARBs, and that was very helpful. Thanks to Dr. Pike, it was so much fun attending the class, from the beginning to the end.
