Learn how to groom your dog with our professional online dog grooming certificate program. Graduates will earn a certificate upon successful completion and graduate from our program with the knowledge and experience to be successful and be safe.
This is a professional non-degree program for individuals interested in a career in dog grooming. Learning how to groom dogs requires a substantial amount of both hands-on experience and general knowledge about dog breeds, behavior and the special care required for each breed. In this program, we offer the student the opportunity to do both (“knowledge” and “hands on”) 100% online.
Coursework, video lectures and video demonstrations are provided online. Students will be required to accurately complete online quizzes/exams and turn in on-time and accurate worksheets or other written homework. Students MUST also participate in hands-on training by providing video evidence (video homework submitted to the Instructor for grading) to graduate from this program.
